Project Area C: Market Orientation

Central to the project area C "Market Orientation" is the interface between companies that offer PSS as well as external acteurs. Herein, the cycle-oriented shaping of PSS business models through integration of stakeholders is developed (subproject C1). Shaping the information exchange between users and manufacturers is in focus of the co-evolution of user and manufacturer capabilities (subproject C3). In order to be able to integrate innovative ideas, the shaping of user innovation communities is focused on (subproject C5). Finally, the development of future-oriented PSS is investigated, while considering external cyclic influence factors in order to react on trends rapidly (subproject C2).
