Research
We conduct research on subject-specific mechanisms of in- and exclusions within various STEM-disciplines. This also includes questions regarding gender and diversity in organisational development, the integration of gender and diversity concepts in STEM education, professional environments in science and technology, as well as technology research itself. We cooperate with interdisciplinary research associations, STEM-faculties and departments throughout Germany and technical associations in Germany and internationally.
