Working Group Q2: Shaping and Process Optimization

As a central coordination and communication platform, working group Q2 "Shaping and Process Optimization" brings the developed design tools and methods together and integrates them, to enable a comprehensive, transdisciplinary cycle management. The different subprojects are set on various levels of cycle management. The developed methods and tools are accordingly diverse, e.g. recommendations for action, Best Practices, prediction models, assistance systems or interventions, which influence employees, structures or users. Building upon the in funding period 2 developed cycle and model networks, a transdisciplinary toolbox for cycle management of innovation processes, which enables an integrated designing at different starting points, is acquired by the working group in funding period 3. To use this integrated application of the methods and tools for further research as well as to transfer it to practical applications, the information is brought together in a central "Shaping Platform", which enables the estimation of the effect on the different cycles.
