To apply for an ITC Conference Grant, the applicant shall:

1.Obtain the acceptance letter from the Conference (poster or speaking slot)
2.Complete the online application form on e-COST. Please click on the ITC Conference Grant tab.
3.Send / upload the completed file as attachment with following documents:
- Short description of your involvement in COST;
- Short CV (Maximum 2 pages A4), List of publications (Maximum one page A4)
- Acceptance letter from the Conference (poster or speaking slot);
- Copy of the abstract or poster Please kindly send it by email to the ICT Conference Grant Manager, Prof. Ilja Dorsner (dorsner(at)fesb.hr) and Grant Holder of Action, Ms. Mao Ono (ono(at)tum.de)
4.After approval, please make sure that you have received a letter of approval from COST Action Grant Holder.
5.After the Conference, you shall submit a scientific report within 30 days to your ITC Conference Grant Manager and Grant Holder. Failure to submit the scientific report within 30 days will effectively cancel the grant.
6.After approval of the report from the Action Chair and ITC Conference Grant Manager, your Grant Holder will proceed your payment to your account.
