Leo Brandt Preis for Zhibo Wen
Zhibo Wen has received the Leo-Brandt-Preis from the German Institute of Navigation (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ortung und Navigation, DGON) for his excellent master thesis on the Estimation of Code and Phase Biases in Satellite Navigation.
