We are very pleased to announce Andreas Brack's graduation from the Technical University of Munich with a Ph.D degree (Dr.-Ing.). The title of his dissertation is "Partial Carrier-Phase Integer Ambiguity Resolution for High Accuracy GNSS Positioning", and the defense was on Thursday, Sep. 12, 2019.
