On the second and third of November 2010, a group of seven students from different High-Schools in and around Munich visited the Institute for Communications and Navigation. On these two days they had the chance to delve into the topic of satellite navigation. Together with the tutors they performed some experiments to get more insights into how GPS works. At the end of the workshop they could actually test their receiver algorithms in a treasure hunt.
