For his teachings in behavioral finance, Prof. Dr. Benjamin Loos was awarded with the Best Teaching Award 2021 by the TUM School of Management. The lecture aims at deepening students’ understanding of how financial decisions are made in a vast array of settings, incorporating insights from individual and social psychology in modern financial theory. Prof. Dr. Benjamin Loos was one of two winners in the category of middle-sized classes. The assessment of the winners takes into consideration the class size, the courses grades and teachers grades based on the students’ evaluation from the previous winter and summer semesters. The Chair of Digital Finance congratulates all fellow award winners who have contributed outstanding teaching practices at the TUM School of Management.
