New infrared camera available

A new IR camera is now available in the lab
The camera can be used for several topics where heat irradiation matters.
Possible topics to be examined are:
- PV (hotspots)
- Efficiency of technical components (losses)
- Buildings (heat bridges)
- Physics (reflection)
- ….
