This year’s event assembled experts from various disciplines to discuss trends and challenges of the ever evolving world of work. As an active member of the DWIH New Delhi via the TUM Mumbai office, TUM was yet again represented with a scientist from Munich.

Dipl.-Ing. Christos Chantzaras from the TUM Department for Architecture contributed to the panel on "Redesigning Workspaces" by sharing his views and research on “Form Follows Disruption – The Interdependency of Space and Future Work”. The relevance of the design of workspaces is increasingly shifting from being a mere tool to organize areas, define processes and establish hierarchical settings towards a medium which inspires and facilitates collaboration and innovation.

With more than 300 participants, the symposium was yet again successful in further strengthening the Indo-German research cooperation and connecting the science community from both countries.
