Get inspired: INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURS
The course provides students with a basic understanding for founding and managing technology-oriented, scalable companies. The guest speakers ‒ outstanding entrepreneurs, managers and investors ‒ provide insights about their individual entrepreneurial journey. After each lecture, the students can ask the guest speakers questions and discuss with them. The lectures take place on Thursdays.

Find a team and an idea: TECH CHALLENGE
This project-based innovation program provides participants with business-relevant practical experience on product or service development in teams. Within 3 months, participants form interdisciplinary teams, explore and prototype a solution for one of the challenges, based on scientific findings or corporate partner problems within the Venture Lab. The teams are supervised by experienced start-up advisors and team coaches.

Find a team and an idea: BUSINESS DESIGN SPRINT
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work on an exciting challenge and experience the process of business creation in the 5-day Business Design Sprint. You will learn to identify potential customers and users and understand their needs and challenges by applying Design Thinking, agile work and Lean Startup. In the team you develop first creative solution ideas and visualize and test them prototypically.
Be excited about an interactive online sprint where you will be supported by experienced innovation consultants and coaches. Get to know Manage&More better as a student and receive a "Business Design'' certificate at the end.

Start with own business idea: BUSINESS PLAN BASIC SEMINAR
In this online seminar, participants form teams of 3-4 people and develop business ideas in agile, iterative cycles with live feedback. Individual support by experienced coaches and lecturers is provided, following the framework of rapid prototyping, flipped classroom, get-out-of-the-building sessions, and design thinking.
